Nutrition seminars, workshops, lunch ‘n’ learns and presentations may run for 60 minutes, 90 minutes, half-day (4 hours) presentation/workshop or full day. They are all tailored to suit the needs of your organization. Detailed handouts, summarizing the key points that were covered, are distributed at each seminar. Presentations may be set up in your boardroom, lunchroom or any other meeting space convenient to you.

Corporate On-Site Nutrition Program
We offer a unique 8 – 10 week corporate, on-site nutrition program. It creates a proper foundation for educated, informed food and lifestyle choices. Weight-loss participants can expect to safely lose 1 to 2 lbs of body fat per week over the ten-week period.
Meetings are arranged at the group¹s convenience, usually lunch hour, right at your location.
Each session includes:
