It’s inevitable: we will all age. The choice lies in aging with vitality or facing numerous challenges. It often depends on your commitment to your inner and outer health, and there are always tools to help us age more gracefully.

I’m a devoted fan of the ancient practice of qigong. It aids in emotional and physical healing, encompassing the entirety of the individual. It’s a branch of Chinese Medicine and a powerful form of self-healing. I practice every day. It’s energy medicine rooted in unconditional love, and we’re discovering that as vibrational beings, the more we engage in energy practices, the greater our shift into heart coherence.

There are numerous advantages to this holistic system, which centers around breathing, mindful movement, meditation, and fostering uplifting emotions. I specialize in sharing Spring Forest Qigong, which emphasizes the alignment of body, mind, and heart.

It fosters social connectedness as our healing communi-qi brings people together for healing and community. It’s appropriate for both introverts and extroverts as cameras can be on or off.

Qigong has stood the test of time and is accessible to all, regardless of experience. All that’s needed is an open heart, and I guarantee you’ll experience a touch more happiness ❤️
