Fat Free Ginger Stir Fry

Ingredients:
1 large onion, 2 cloves of chopped garlic ( or use a garlic press), fresh ginger minced, 1 zucchini, broccoli, 1 large sweet potato, 8 small potatoes, celery. (Veggies of your choice)

Sauté the chopped onion in a little water or veggie stock with garlic and ginger, then add the other ingredients. Cook until veggies are soft, you may need to add a little water from time to time.

Stir Fry Sauce

6 tbsps low sodium tamari sauce, 2 tsps of balsamic vinegar, 2 tsps of raw honey, 2 tbsps grated ginger, 1 garlic clove minced. Add the sauce at the very end.
