Gazpacho Vegetable Soup

Healthy Recipe

  • 8 peeled organic tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 Spanish onion
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 1 large clove of garlic finely minced
  • chopped fresh parsley, coriander
  • ½ tsp sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jalapeno pepper chopped

Process all the ingredients in your food processor and then place in refrigerator.

Serve cold
