Gazpacho Vegetable Soup
Healthy Recipe
- 8 peeled organic tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 Spanish onion
- 4 stalks of celery
- 1 large clove of garlic finely minced
- chopped fresh parsley, coriander
- ½ tsp sea salt and pepper to taste
- 1 jalapeno pepper chopped
Process all the ingredients in your food processor and then place in refrigerator.
Serve cold
