We will work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers.
We understand that weight gain and loss is about more than diet and exercise. We will help tackle the deeper emotions surrounding weight issues to help you develop a healthy relationship with food.

To gain access to the 5-week program, all the handouts, personalized email support and private group support, there will be a one-time investment of $95 CAD plus applicable taxes. This one-time payment will allow you full access to the program.
WHAT IF I MISS A LIVE SESSION?
While it’s best to join each week’s session live, we understand how busy life is. Each session will be recorded, and you will have access to these recordings for the duration of the program and up to two weeks after.

You will lose 1-2 pounds per week of body fat. This program teaches you how to eat right for your body for life!
HOW MUCH WEIGHT WILL I LOSE?
Since this is a group program everyone will have their own goal. Some may just need to lose those last 10-15lbs and some may be hoping to lose more than 100lbs. All goals are possible to achieve! Once the 5 weeks are over you will understand how to eat right for your body.
WHAT SPECIAL TOOLS OR PRODUCTS WILL I NEED TO COMPLETE THE PROGRAM?
Nothing! Everything you need to reach your weight loss goals will be included in the program. You don’t have to weigh, measure, or count calories. It’s about learning to eat right for your body for the stage you are in. Once you finish the program you will have everything you need to continue living your healthiest, happiest life!
WILL I GAIN ALL THE WEIGHT BACK OR RUIN MY PROGRESS WITH ONE SLIP-UP?
No! You will learn how to make healthier food choices. If you want to have a piece of cake at your sister’s wedding – you can do that without guilt and without “ruining your progress.” You just go back to what you have learned from this course to continue your progress and healthy lifestyle.
