Raw Fudge (with leftover almond pulp from almond milk)

Original recipe taken from:

1/2 cup almond pulp

1/2 cup cashews

1 cups dates or prunes pitted

5 tablespoons raw cacao powder

4 tablespoons dried coconut

2 tablespoons raw unpasteurized honey or maple syrup

Place cashews in your food processor and process until they become small and crumbly. Then add dates and process again until the mixture sticks together and the dates are well processed. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed. Place in brownie dish and press down firmly with your hands and freeze. Keep in freezer and serve and eat it right away!
